Move Out Process

Thank you for renting with Chaney Properties.  We hope to make the exit from your rental as easy as possible.

All RENEWAL NOTIFICATIONS must be completed no later than March 1, 2012.  If we do not have your renewal notification by March 1, 2012 we will assume that you are not renewing your lease and we will begin to show the property beginning on March 5, 2012.

Please follow our move out process:

Step One
Download the Security Deposit Refund form.  Fill out the top portion and mail it or drop it off at our office no later than the 15th of the month prior to lease end.  Please note the time and date that you will move out and return all keys.  Deposit checks will be mailed out within 30 days of your move out date.

Step Two
Download the Check Out form.  Please fill this form out and return it with ALL keys on your scheduled move out date and time.  For any key that is not returned, the locks will be changed and the costs charged to the tenant.

Step Three (optional)
Please download the Tenant Feedback form and return it with your keys.
