About Chaney Properties

Chaney Properties has specialized in restoring and leasing historic buildings in downtown Greensboro and near UNC-Greensboro since 1982.  Our historic vintage properties include over 100 apartment buildings, single family houses and commercial buildings within walking distance of UNCG and downtown Greensboro.  Chaney Properties has received local and national awards for outstanding renovations of historic properties.

Our properties feature air conditioning, upgraded kitchens, hardwood floors, large windows, high ceilings, yard maintenance, off street parking and trash pick up.
